The management of the Bauchi State University, Gadau (BASUG), has approved and released the part-time students academic calendar for the first and second semesters, 2018/2019 academic session.

3. Orientation Saturday 24th Aug, 2019 1 Day
4. Commencement of Lectures for all students 2nd Aug- 25th Oct, 2019 12 weeks
5. First Semester Examination Fri. 1st Nov.– Sat 16th Nov, 2019 2 weeks
6. Marking and compilations of results Monday18- 30th Nov. 2019 2 weeks
7. Departmental/ Faculty Board meetings 2nd – 9th Dec. 2019 1 week
8. Resumption/ commencement of lectures for second semester Friday 3rd Jan. 2020- Saturday 28th Mar. 2020. 12 weeks
9. Second Semester Examinations Friday 3rd-Sat. 17th April. 2020. 2 weeks
10 Marking and compilation of results Mon. 27th April 11 May, 2020. 2 weeks
11. Departmental/ Faculty Board meetings 11th -18th May, 2020. 1 week
