First Semester

i. Resumption/Registration of new students – 25th January to 7th February, 2020
ii. First Semester Lectures for new students – 10th February to 9th May, 2020 (3 Weeks)
iii. Matriculation – 20th March, 2020
iv. Resumption/Registration for returning students – 9th March to 21st March, 2020 (2 Weeks)
v. First Semester Lectures for returning students – 9th March to 6th June, 2020 (13 Weeks)
vi. Revision – 8th to 13th June, 2020 (1 Week)
vii. First Semester Examination – 15th June to 4th July, 2020 (3 Weeks)
viii. First Semester Break – 6th July to 19th July, 2020 (2 Weeks)

Second Semester

i. Resumption (All students) – 20th July, 2020
ii. Second Semester Lectures – 20th July to 17th October, 2020 (13 Weeks)
iii. Revision / SUG Week – 19th October to 24th October, 2020 (1 Week)
iv. Second Semester Examinations – 26th October to 14th November, 2020 (2 Weeks)
v. Screening of New Students – 1st November to 14th November, 2020 (2 Weeks)
vi. End of year break – 1st December to 31st December, 2020 (1 Month)
vii. Resumption for New Students -3rd January, 2021

Consideration of Results: 

• Departmental and Faculty Boards – 15th November to 21st November, 2020
• Senate Business Committee- 23rd November to 30th November, 2020
• Special Senate meeting (for Result) – 5th January, 2021
